This Privacy Policy explains how ReviewPing ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information in connection with the ReviewPing service. We take your privacy and the privacy of your customers seriously.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

Account information (from you, the contractor):

Your name
Your email address
Your business name
Your Google review link (provided by you)
Payment information (processed by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers)

Customer data (entered by you):

Customer first name (used to personalize the review request text)
Customer phone number (used to send the review request SMS)
Date and time the job was logged

Usage data (collected automatically):

Browser type and device information
IP address
Pages visited and actions taken within the service
Log data from our servers

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

Provide and operate the ReviewPing service
Send SMS review request messages to customers on your behalf, 24 hours after you log a job
Allow you to cancel scheduled messages before they are sent
Process your subscription payments
Communicate with you about your account, billing, and service updates
Improve the reliability and performance of our service
Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your information or your customers' information to third parties. We do not use customer phone numbers for any purpose other than sending the review request message you initiate.

4. SMS Messaging and Customer Consent

      Important — your responsibility as a user:

      By entering a customer's phone number into ReviewPing, you confirm that you have an established business relationship with that customer and that their phone number was provided voluntarily in the context of a business transaction. You are responsible for ensuring you have a legitimate basis for contacting each customer.

Review request messages are sent via SMS to the phone number you provide. Each message includes your business name, a link to your Google review page, and opt-out instructions (e.g., "Reply STOP to opt out").

We use a third-party SMS provider (Twilio) to deliver messages. Twilio processes phone numbers solely for message delivery and is bound by its own privacy policy and data processing agreements.

Customers who reply STOP will be added to a suppression list and will not receive future messages. We honor all opt-out requests promptly.

5. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We share information only as necessary to operate the service:

Twilio — our SMS delivery provider, receives customer phone numbers for message delivery
Stripe or similar — our payment processor, handles billing information
Cloudflare — provides infrastructure and security services

All third-party service providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and may not use it for their own purposes.

We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government authority, or to protect the safety, rights, or property of ReviewPing or others.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your account data and job records for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your account, we will delete your personal data and your customers' data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or tax compliance purposes.

You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing alluragensin@protonmail.com. We will respond within 10 business days.

7. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold, including encryption in transit (TLS), access controls, and secure infrastructure provided by Cloudflare. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Rights

Depending on where you are located, you may have rights regarding your personal data, including the right to access, correct, or delete it. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at alluragensin@protonmail.com.

9. Children's Privacy

ReviewPing is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice in the service. Your continued use of ReviewPing after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
